Install/Flash Stock Android Lollipop on Mi 4
First step is to download CWM recovery for xiaomi MI 4. You can download it easily from below link.
Download CWM
Now after downloading the above file successfully, just move that zip file to mobile's internal memory. Now to to phone settings - Updater or directly go to home screen and launch Updater App from there by tapping on its icon.
In Updater app press menu button and it'll ask you to “Select update package”. You just have to select the downloaded zip file, installation will get started automatically. Now restart your xiaomi phone. Congratulations finally CWM recovery is installed on your mi4. Again you have to download Stock Android Lollipop 5.0.2 for xiaomi. The file that you have just downloaded is .zip file, just place it in your phone's internal storage. Restart your device and go to recovery mode while doing power ON. How to go to recovery mode?
Go to Tools > Updater > and at last press Menu key and select
‘Reboot to Recovery mode’. Now there choose System1 in system to manage it. Now after doing all this select ‘Wipe data/ factory reset’ and do confirm your action without waiting anymore.
Select ‘Wipe cache partition’ and confirm it too. Now go to ‘mounts and storage’ and there select ‘format /system’ option. Now tap on install zip from sd card option.

Now after getting the process completed get back to cwm recovery and there select reboot system now. First boot will take some more time than usual so just wait for sometime after that you'll get to see that final stock lollipop is installed in your Xiaomi mi4 Android device.
