How to unlock bootloader, rooting and installation of custom recovery in your oppo. We've made this article the simplest so that even a newbie or novice can understand our actions.
After rooting you can convert your oneolus one into power Android device. You can tweak it then way you want, you can install any custom rom that you loves the most and the best thing is that now you're not restricted. Can install and use super cool rooted apps (which requires some more permissions). So basically first we will unlock the bootloader then installation of TWRP recovery and after that Flashing of SuperSu zip file
to get the root access on your oppo.

How to UNLOCK BOOTLOADER: ONE PLUS ONE
First of all do check that all appropriate drivers is installed on your Windows computer to use Fastboot commands or do Google to know- how to install Oneplus USB
drivers.
Okay so after that we will download ADB and fastboot file. We have added direct download link for you. It'll be easy for you to download and time consuming too.
Download ADB & Fastboot
After complete download now extract folder on your desktop. Best place to save anything isn't it? lol Now switch off your oneplus one and boot it into fastboot mode.
How to do that? Just press and hold volume up + power button for few seconds. Now phone will go into fastboot mode and it'll show up on screen. Now connect your Android device with PC using USB cable. Now launch up command prompt window in ADB folder.
Just press & hold Shift button and Right click on the blank space of folder and click on “Open Command Window here”.
Now command window will get opened. Just enter below command there:
fastboot devices
Above command will show list of connected devices. You will get to see your oneplus one serial number there. Incase if it's not coming up that means that all needed drivers are not installed correctly.
So install them first then move forward. Now we will unlock the bootloader by entering below command:
fastboot oem unlock
When the execution will be completed then do enter below command
fastboot reboot
Now wait for a minute after that it'll reboot the device. Now you've to activate the developer mode of your device. How to do that?
Now in your phone Settings go to About phone > Tap on Build number 7 times continously. This will enable Developer options. Now in your phone settings go to Developer options then do Enable USB
debugging. Now we will disable recovery protection.
Disable CM Recovery Protection
Go to phone settings the scroll below and go to Developer options. Just disable ‘Update recovery with system updates’ option available there.

HOW TO INSTALL TWRP RECOVERY ON ONE PLUS ONE
First of all we have to download latest TWRP recovery. Follow below direct link to start downloading right now.

Now after complete downloading do rename recovery file to recovery.img and save it into adb folder that we have already saved in our desktop in above steps.
Now switch off your device and restart it into fastboot by again following the combination of: holding volume up + power.
Now launch new command window again and enter below command there.
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Above command will process the flashing after that enter below command to reboot your oppo.
fastboot reboot

How to ROOT ONEPLUS ONE
First of all download SuperSu zip file from below link.
Free Download SuperSU
After complete download of above file now save it on your Android device. No restart your phone into recovery mode by holding volume down + power immediately for a while.
Now just leave your device at main screen of the custom recovery. Go to install then browse to SuperSU.zip and select it. Now confirm your installation and reboot the device. Congratulations Finally oneplus one Android device is now rooted.
